Clear safety rules for buying through CarLink.
What CarLink protects
Internal communication only
Buyers and sellers must use CarLink Messages. Phone numbers, WhatsApp, social media contact, and outside-deal attempts are blocked and recorded for admin review.
Verified transaction steps
Reservation, Buy Now, payment, inspection, ownership transfer tracking, invoice, and handover are recorded inside the platform.
Inspection before final completion
When the order reaches inspection stage, the seller sends the car to a CarLink partner shop and uploads the inspection record for admin verification.
Payment status visibility
Buyers can track whether payment is pending, verifying, held by CarLink, approved, completed, cancelled, or refunded.
Buyer decision after inspection

| Passed | Proceed | Reservation buyer pays the full vehicle price to CarLink before the real purchase transaction continues. Full-payment buyer continues to ownership transfer while money remains in the platform-controlled flow until completion. |
| Passed with remarks | Proceed, negotiate, or cancel | Admin keeps the inspection remark visible in tracking. Reservation fee remains normally non-refundable unless admin decides seller fault or platform/payment error applies. |
