Approved sellers have submitted required account and seller information for review. When a seller or listing is approved, buyers can check the seller/listing status before making an offer, reservation, or payment.
No. Paying a reservation fee does not automatically unlock external contact. CarLink keeps communication inside platform messages so buyers and sellers do not bypass the protected transaction, document transfer, and service-fee process.
You can submit an offer, but the offer must be reasonable. CarLink prevents extremely low offers, such as RM2 for a RM100,000 car, because that creates an unrealistic transaction amount and affects platform fee and document-transfer handling.
The 2% fee supports CarLinkās transaction service, including payment/order record handling, document transfer coordination, ownership transfer support, and safer buyer-seller process tracking.
Manual payment needs proof submission and seller checking. Online bank/card payment can be confirmed by the payment gateway, so the system can skip manual proof steps and move faster to completion.
CarLink shows document verification status on the listing/detail flow. Buyers should review the status before reserving or buying, especially for ownership-related documents.
The listing can show as reserved with a countdown timer. Other buyers can view when the reservation may expire and when the car may become available again.
Keeping messages inside CarLink protects both sides and helps prevent off-platform deals. Contact details such as phone numbers, external chat links, email, and bank information may be restricted before the order is confirmed.
