CarLink Privacy Policy
How CarLink handles account data, uploaded documents, payment proof, reports, and internal messages.
Data CarLink collects

| IC, driving licence, seller application documents | Seller verification, buyer safety, test-drive eligibility, and admin review. |
| Car documents and vehicle information | Listing approval, document verification, inspection, and transaction confidence. |
| Payment proof and order records | Admin payment verification, invoice, refund/dispute tracking, and payout control. |
| Messages and violation logs | Prevent contact sharing, scams, outside deals, and unsafe transactions. |
Protection rules
Limited access
Uploaded documents are used for account, listing, payment, and dispute review. Admin should only access them for platform operation.
No public document display
Private IC, licence, payment proof, and sensitive records should not be publicly visible to unrelated users.
Security responsibility
Users must keep passwords and OTPs private. CarLink will never ask users to send OTP through message chat.
Deletion request
Non-admin users may delete their account when there are no active orders, disputes, or unresolved obligations.
