Seller promises

Real ownership and authority

I confirm that I own the car or have legal authority to sell it, and I will not hide loan, ownership, accident, document, or availability issues.

Accurate listing

I will provide true vehicle details, photos, price, mileage, registration information, loan status, and required documents.

No outside transactions

I will not share phone numbers, WhatsApp, social media, bank account, QR code, or ask buyers introduced by CarLink to deal outside the platform.

Platform-first money flow

I understand buyer payment must go to CarLink first. Seller payout is released only after inspection, ownership transfer, handover, and admin/payment checks are completed.

Reservation rule

After a buyer pays the 1% reservation fee, the seller cannot cancel/reject the reservation through normal seller action. If there is a serious issue, the seller must use report/dispute/admin handling.

Penalty and enforcement

If a seller breaks the agreement, CarLink may reject or remove listings, suspend seller status, freeze transaction progress, delay payout, record an audit log, issue warnings, and claim unpaid platform service fees or reasonable losses where applicable.
