Offers, reservations, payments, inspection records, ownership transfer tracking, handover confirmation, reports, and messages must stay inside CarLink.
Users must not share phone numbers, external chat IDs, QR payment details, bank details, social media handles, or ask another user to bypass CarLink.
Buyer money must go to the CarLink platform payment flow first. Seller payout is released only after the transaction reaches the required completion stage.
Users must upload genuine, readable, and accurate documents. False documents, hidden loan status, or misleading listing information may cause suspension and report action.

CarLink may restrict messaging, remove listings, suspend seller status, hold transaction progress, reject documents, or escalate reports when users break platform rules.
